The mechanical division of T2 provides designing, developing and documentation in specific civil and military markets such as TLC, aerospatial, naval and manufacturing industry.
 Solutions manufactured by T2 include different types of MGSE (Mechanical Ground Support Equipment) designed, producted and refurbished specifically for integration, test and transport of Satellites.
The activities are executed in the respect of the European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS), according the business norms of the Customer and the “Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE”.
 For the avionic and telecommunications T2 provides mechanical system including receivers/emitters RF, illuminators, console radar, etc. Particular attention is placed in the development of the 3D models for the verification of the interferences between all the installed subsystems: T2 realizes the support mechanics, enclosed physical structure in waveguide, the equipments of assembly and test, the wirings.
 In the naval fields T2 provides analysis and studies of interconnection systems, wired network, waveguides paths, positioning the units in the C&C rooms of the ship.
 In the industrial automation T2 is specialized in the designing of transports systems, handling, selection, pick and place and special systems for welding and working the chips of materials.
 The T2 fields of research cover a large area of studies, in particular on equipments for a wide variety of micrometric sample management in the vaccum spaces and UHV (ultrahigh vacuum).
In the field of the metallic and mechanical carpentry, we can design whichever type of structure, composed of normal outlines or sheets cut and knit, with particular reference to market of the transport on tape, hollow, movement earth. In the designing T2 supplies structural analyses, calculations of resistance and deformability, thermal analyses, analysis of the tolerances. |
